Crafted using just three core ingredients, organic cocoa beans, natural cocoa butter, and organic unrefined cane sugar, it strips chocolate back to its essentials. Free from additives, emulsifiers, and artificial flavourings, the focus remains entirely on the cacao and the way it has been grown, fermented, and processed.

The beans are fermented over seven days, allowing their natural fruit notes to develop fully. The result is a dark chocolate that is both rich and expressive, with tropical notes of mango and passionfruit balanced by a gentle hint of vanilla. Naturally vegan, it offers clarity and depth without heaviness.

Sourced from Tanzania, this bar reflects both origin and craft, shaped by the conditions in which the cacao is grown and the care taken throughout its journey.
