Made by Liverpool’s first bean-to-bar chocolatiers, Table Chocolate, this Haiti Milk 61% offers a deeper, more complex take on milk chocolate. With a higher cacao content, it balances creaminess with intensity, allowing the natural character of the beans to come through.

Crafted using just four core ingredients, organic cacao beans, natural cocoa butter, organic unrefined cane sugar, and organic milk powder, the process avoids unnecessary additives, letting flavour develop naturally. The cacao is carefully fermented over seven days, enhancing its depth and bringing forward notes of toffee, ripe banana, and malt.

Sourced from Haiti, where cacao growing supports local farming communities, this bar reflects both origin and craft. Table Chocolate’s bean-to-bar approach ensures transparency and traceability at every stage, preserving the integrity of the cacao from harvest through to final production.

Table Chocolate

Table Chocolate produces its bars from bean to bar in Liverpool, working closely with cacao growers to ensure transparency and fair practices at every stage. By focusing on small-batch production and minimal ingredients, they preserve the natural flavour of cacao rather than masking it.

Their approach centres on traceability, ethical sourcing, and a belief that good chocolate should reflect both the quality of its ingredients and the integrity of how it is made, resulting in bars that are as thoughtful as they are distinctive.
