Recognising Traditional Craftsmanship
Our journey as the Spindle Sisters started in the search of a purpose - to acknowledge the interdependency of people around the world and our responsibility to help others.
We wanted to create a platform where we can showcase the craftsmanship of artisans that don't have the resources to do so themselves.
After thorough research and groundwork we have proudly joined hands with like-minded global partners to make Spindle a reality.
At Spindle we believe supporting people goes hand in hand with looking after our planet and that's why all our co-produced pieces are natural, eco-friendly and sustainable.
All our packaging is recycled, recyclable and biodegradable too. Including the tape and stickers.
People and the Planet First
As well as promoting handmade and generational skills that our artisans are dependent on.
We are dedicated in building mutual beneficial relationships, where craftsmen earn fair wages and you have the opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind premium quality handmade pieces you won't find anywhere else.
Join us in saying no to destructive fast-homeware that benefits no one except the fat cats and switch over to mindful products that do not exploit the makers or the planet and have been designed keeping your wellbeing in mind.
Thank you for being part of this journey!

All artisans are masters of traditional crafts and 90% of them are women. The creation of these products allows them to buy essentials of life.
All products we stock are made using all that Mother Nature provides so that when the time comes for them to return, they are accepted with zero to minimum negative impact.
