This Multani mango chutney is a homage to Pakistani summers, family orchards, and the farmers who work under the heat of the sun to bring each mango harvest to life. Made with Multani Chaunsa mangoes, known for their rich sweetness and velvety texture, it captures the warmth, abundance, and nostalgia of mango season.

The natural richness of the mango is balanced with bird’s eye chilli, adding a fiery kick that cuts through the sweetness and brings the chutney to life. It is bold, golden, and full of character, made to be spread, dipped into, or served alongside everyday meals.

Pair it with samosas, pakoras, kebabs, cheese boards, grilled vegetables, sandwiches, or rice dishes. Sweet, spicy, and deeply rooted in heritage, this chutney brings a taste of South Asian food culture into the modern pantry.

By stocking Third Culture Kat, we are beginning to build relationships with artisans, farmers, and makers connected to Kashmir and Pakistan, while using our platform to share awareness around occupation, erasure, food heritage, and the importance of preserving cultural identity through storytelling.

Third Culture Kat works directly with farmers in Pakistan, especially women and smallholders, helping ensure fair pay, dignified treatment, and a stronger voice in the global food market.

At SPINDLE, a portion of proceeds is shared with marginalised communities through our ongoing partnership with human rights organisation Restless Beings. For every order placed, we also plant a tree, contributing to long-term environmental restoration.

Third Culture Kat

Third Culture Kat is rooted in South Asian food heritage, bringing bold condiments into the modern pantry while keeping their connection to land, memory, and migration. Founded by chef Saliha Khan Sadozai, the brand grew from her family’s agricultural roots in South Punjab, Pakistan, where generations have nurtured mango orchards and lived closely with the rhythms of harvest.

After training at Le Cordon Bleu London, Saliha began creating condiments that carry the flavours of home into everyday cooking. From Kashmiri chilli oil to mango and tamarind chutneys, each jar is made to celebrate South Asian ingredients, family history, and the feeling of belonging that food can create. Third Culture Kat also works directly with farmers in Pakistan, especially women and smallholders, helping support fair pay, dignity, and a stronger voice in the global food market.
