100 × 200 cm
Place the 200 cm edge parallel to a compact sofa, with a small coffee table centred on the rug. Check the sofa width first; this size also works well with a single armchair to define a reading corner.

Place the 200 cm edge parallel to a compact sofa, with a small coffee table centred on the rug. Check the sofa width first; this size also works well with a single armchair to define a reading corner.
Lay the 250 cm edge along the sofa and tuck the rug beneath its front legs. The remaining rug can frame a coffee table and bring a compact seating area together. Check the fit against your furniture.
Use the 300 cm edge along the sofa to create a more generous seating area. Position the sofa and, where the layout allows, the armchairs with their front legs on the rug. Measure the whole arrangement before choosing.
Place this small rug beside the bed where your feet land when you get up. It adds a touch of wool and pattern without filling the floor. Check the space around bedside tables and door openings.
Run the rug lengthways beside the bed for a longer stretch of wool underfoot. Allow enough floor space for its full 240 cm length, and check how it sits beside your bedside furniture.
Turn the runner across the foot of the bed, with the 240 cm edge running from side to side. Centre it on the bed and leave room to walk around it. Check the clearance if you also have a bench or chest here.
Lay the 250 cm edge across the width of a double bed, with part of the rug tucked beneath the lower section. This leaves wool visible at the sides and foot. The amount showing depends on the bed frame and placement.
Position the 300 cm edge across the bed, with the rug partly beneath it and extending beyond the sides and foot. This can suit double and king-size beds; measure the outer bed frame and the floor space around it.
Centre a small round table on the rug to define a compact dining nook. Shown with an 80 cm diameter table and four chairs tucked in, this is a snug arrangement. Check the fit with your chairs pulled out; if they extend beyond the rug, choose the larger size or explore a bespoke option.
Centre the rug beneath the table and check that chairs can be pulled out while remaining on it. For example, a table measuring 80 × 160 cm leaves 60 cm of rug on each side and 70 cm at each end. Check your actual chairs and clearance; a larger table may need a bespoke size.
This guide shows our standard sizes. Ready-made pieces may have different dimensions, so check the size selected above. Measure your furniture and mark out the rug on the floor before ordering.
