Panjiri Ayurvedic Superfood Mix

Panjiri is a traditional South Asian herbal-nut mix rooted in centuries of nourishment and Ayurvedic wisdom. Variations of this restorative blend are lovingly made across the region, from Punjab to Gujarat to Maharashtra, often passed down from mother to daughter. Commonly prepared during the colder months or after childbirth, it’s designed to restore strength, aid digestion, and bring the body into balance.
This mix is handcrafted in small batches using wholesome ingredients like organic gram flour, regeneratively farmed almond flour, superfoods like makhana (fox nuts) and gond babul (edible gum), and a medley of omega-rich seeds. Each ingredient is slow-roasted in gut-friendly homemade ghee, allowing the goodness to deeply nourish from within.
To open: Run your knife along the edge of the lid to open.
How to enjoy Panjiri:
- Enjoy 2–3 tbsp daily with your cup of chai
- Sprinkle over porridge or yogurt for a nourishing start
