Screen printed in Ramallah, this tote draws on the visual language of Palestinian stamps, where printed forms have long carried meaning beyond their function.
At its centre sits an orange stamp motif, inspired by the Yaffa orange, a symbol closely tied to Palestinian agriculture, trade, and identity. For this limited edition, the design is further shaped by hand, with tatreez embroidery stitched across the surface, bringing together print and thread in one piece.
Tatreez is a centuries-old Palestinian embroidery tradition, passed down through generations. Each stitch holds a rhythm of memory and identity, often reflecting personal and collective stories through pattern and form.
The embroidery on these totes has been carried out by Rewaa, a Palestinian artisan now living in London, who continues this practice while supporting her family in Gaza. Through her work, the craft remains active and present, shaped by both continuity and lived experience.
Only a small number of these bags have been made. Each one holds slight variations in stitching and placement, a reflection of the handmade process and the hands behind it.
