The keffiyeh is a traditional Palestinian scarf, long worn as both a practical garment and a symbol of identity and solidarity.
This keffiyeh is woven in the colours of the Irish flag, reflecting a long-standing connection between Ireland and Palestine, shaped through shared histories of struggle, resilience, and the pursuit of self-determination. Over time, this solidarity has been carried through communities, movements, and everyday acts of support, creating a bond that continues to be recognised across generations.
In this piece, colour becomes more than design. It speaks to a wider sense of unity, where different places, cultures, and experiences come together in recognition of one another. It is a reminder that Palestine is not isolated, and that its story is held and supported far beyond its borders.
Sourced from Al-Khalil (Hebron), West Bank, Palestine, where one of two remaining keffiyeh factories in the region continues to produce authentic Palestinian keffiyehs, each piece supports the continuation of a craft that has endured despite growing pressure from imitation and mass production.
As part of our seconds collection, this keffiyeh may include minor imperfections. Given its handmade nature, slight variations in weave, tassels, and pattern are to be expected, each one carrying the mark of the hands that made it.

Care
We recommend hand washing, as the fabric and tassels are delicate. Machine washing may damage the finish.
The tassels are stitched with a continuous thread. If any loose threads appear, avoid pulling them and instead secure them with a stitch to prevent damage.
Giving back
By supporting this keffiyeh, you are directly contributing to one of the last two remaining factories in the region still producing authentic Palestinian keffiyehs, helping sustain livelihoods and preserve a craft that continues under ongoing occupation and erasure.
A portion of proceeds is shared with marginalised communities through our ongoing partnership with human rights organisation Restless Beings.
For every order placed, we also plant a tree, contributing to long-term environmental restoration.
