Wrapped in ikat fabric, each notebook carries the movement and depth of a textile shaped through a detailed dyeing process. The patterns are created by resist-dyeing the yarns before they are woven, resulting in softly blurred edges and layered forms that give ikat its distinctive character.
The cover is made using fabric off-cuts, allowing smaller remnants to be used thoughtfully, while the pages inside are formed from recycled cotton and natural fibre waste. This process avoids the use of new raw materials, giving existing resources a further life.
With a clean, ruled interior, the notebook is designed for everyday use, whether for notes, lists, or longer thoughts, something to return to regularly.
Each one is slightly different, with variations in pattern and colour reflecting the nature of the fabric it comes from.
