This keffiyeh draws directly from Al-Khalil (Hebron), a city known for its deep connection to craft, history, and faith. Home to the keffiyeh factory where these pieces are made, it represents both continuity and the preservation of a tradition that has endured across generations.
The green striped pattern is inspired by the Sanctuary of Abraham mosque, one of the oldest active holy sites in the world. With its stone structure and distinctive green and gold interior, the mosque reflects the spiritual and cultural depth of the city, honouring figures such as Isaac (Ishaq) and Rebecca (Rafqa). The tones woven into this piece carry that connection, grounding it in both place and meaning.
Sourced from Al-Khalil (Hebron), West Bank, Palestine, where one of two remaining keffiyeh factories in the region continues to produce authentic Palestinian keffiyehs, each piece supports the continuation of a craft that has endured despite growing pressure from imitation and mass production.
As part of our seconds collection, this keffiyeh may include minor imperfections. Given its handmade nature, slight variations in weave, tassels, and pattern are to be expected, each one carrying the mark of the hands that made it.

Care
We recommend hand washing, as the fabric and tassels are delicate. Machine washing may damage the finish.
The tassels are stitched with a continuous thread. If any loose threads appear, avoid pulling them and instead secure them with a stitch to prevent damage.
Giving back
By supporting this keffiyeh, you are directly contributing to one of the last two remaining factories in the region still producing authentic Palestinian keffiyehs, helping sustain livelihoods and preserve a craft that continues under ongoing occupation and erasure.
A portion of proceeds is shared with marginalised communities through our ongoing partnership with human rights organisation Restless Beings.
For every order placed, we also plant a tree, contributing to long-term environmental restoration.
