Produced in the West Bank, this extra virgin olive oil is shaped by the land it comes from and the care taken at every stage of its making. Olives are grown in tune with the seasons, harvested by hand, and cold extracted using environmentally responsible mechanical methods that preserve both flavour and nutritional integrity.

The result is an oil with depth and character, carrying a rounded fruitiness with a distinctive peppery finish. It is designed to be used generously, whether drizzled over salads, folded into warm dishes, or simply enjoyed with bread, bringing balance and strength to even the simplest meals.

This oil comes through Rift Valley Farms, a family-run collective working closely with farmers across the West Bank. Their approach centres on long-term stewardship of the land, supporting growers to continue traditional farming practices while adapting to the realities of today.

Crops are hand-harvested and processed locally, ensuring quality is maintained and value remains within the community. Farming avoids herbicides and harmful chemicals, with a focus on soil health, biodiversity, and responsible water use. Alongside this, the collective continues to invest in partial solar-powered facilities, energy-efficient systems, and more sustainable packaging, working towards a future where farming supports both people and the planet.
