Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 We're away for events this Bank Holiday weekend, all orders placed will be fulfilled from Tuesday onwards.

Grown across the sun-soaked hills of the West Bank, this organic extra virgin olive oil is the result of a deep and enduring relationship between farmers and their land. Olive trees here are not simply crops, but part of family life, cared for across generations and passed down as living heritage.

The olives are rain-fed and harvested by hand, following rhythms that have remained unchanged for centuries. Once picked, they are cold-pressed to preserve their natural flavour, resulting in an oil that is fresh, rounded, and gently peppery at the finish.

Produced in partnership with Zaytoun, this oil has been Fairtrade certified since 2009. Zaytoun works directly with small-scale farmers and cooperatives across Palestine, ensuring fair pay, stable livelihoods, and continued access to international markets in the face of ongoing challenges.

Each bottle reflects not only the richness of the land, but the resilience of the communities who continue to cultivate it.

Zaytoun, Fair Trade from Palestine

Zaytoun was founded to create a direct and sustainable route to market for Palestinian farmers, ensuring their produce reaches the world with integrity. Working with cooperatives across the West Bank, the organisation supports traditional farming practices while securing fair prices and long-term stability for growers. In a landscape where access, movement, and trade are often restricted, this work is vital. Each bottle of olive oil becomes part of a wider effort to protect both livelihoods and a way of life rooted in the land.
