Othmana Extra Virgin Olive Oil is rooted in the hills of Deir Dibwan, where olive trees have been cultivated for generations, some for over 350 years.

Grown in a Mediterranean climate of warm summers and mild winters, the olives develop a depth of flavour that is both rich and distinctive. Each harvest is done by hand, with olives cold-pressed shortly after picking to preserve their freshness, vibrant colour, and natural properties.

Unfiltered and from the first press, this oil carries a full-bodied profile with a signature peppery finish. It is as suited to simple moments, drizzled over warm bread or used for dipping, as it is to finishing dishes where flavour is everything.

Each bottle reflects a connection to land, tradition, and a way of farming that has endured over time.

Othmana Olive Oil, Deir Dibwan

Othmana olive oil comes from a single family’s groves in Deir Dibwan, where farming practices have been shaped over generations. The trees, some centuries old, are cared for using traditional methods that prioritise the health of the land and the quality of the harvest. Production remains small-scale and closely tied to the rhythms of the seasons, ensuring that each harvest reflects both place and time. It is this deep connection between farmer, tree, and land that gives Othmana its character and integrity.
