Originally created as a detailed geographical record, this map brings together layers of landscape, movement, and life across Palestine.
Roads, railways, rivers, and mountain ranges are carefully traced across its surface, alongside markings of Arab villages, Jewish colonies, convents, and mosques. Air routes and historical features sit within the same composition, offering a snapshot of a place shaped by many intersecting narratives.
There is a quiet density to the map, where each label and line adds to a broader understanding of the land, not only in geography, but in lived presence. An accompanying key explains a series of transliterated Arabic terms, adding further depth and context to what is shown.
Reprinted from its original edition, it holds both historical detail and contemporary relevance, inviting closer looking and reflection over time.
Size: A3 (29.7 x 42 cm)
100% of profit from the sale of this map will go towards providing critical aid in Gaza, including baby milk, hot meals, and essential support through Human Aid Advocacy, as well as contributing to Restless Beings medical centre in Sudan.
