Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

Our products are currently stocked in London and Birmingham. We normally get orders shipped out within 3 days. Our post is usually collected at 11am so orders close to that time may not leave us until the next working day. Our warehouse is closed at weekends, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday. We will, of course, keep you updated on its progress, so you’ll always know what’s happening. If you need your order quickly, do get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery cost

Delivery charges vary by country and item.
UK delivery is standard £3.99 and free for all orders over £50. 
We ship selected products Internationally to EU, USA, Canada, UAE and Austrailia. Delivery starts from £10, please head to checkout to see your custom shipping rate. If you notice that your country is not on the list and wish to get your hands on our handmade products please email us at hello@spindlebysisters.com and we will offer you a discounted shipping rate.

We use Hermes for UK and European deliveries and Royal Mail, DHL and FedEx for international deliveries.
