Produced by Rift Valley Farms, a family-run collective working closely with farmers across the West Bank, these olives help support Palestinian farmers and the continuation of local agricultural traditions. By keeping sourcing and production rooted in Palestine, more of the value remains within the communities who grow, harvest, and prepare them.
Farming practices avoid herbicides and harmful chemicals, focusing instead on soil health, biodiversity, and responsible water use. Alongside this, the collective continues to invest in partial solar-powered facilities and energy-efficient systems, working towards a more sustainable future for Palestinian agriculture.
