Often called the ‘King of Dates’, Medjoul dates are valued for their size, softness, and deep, caramel-like flavour. These are grown in Jericho, in the Jordan Valley, where one of the world’s lowest elevations creates a unique climate that allows the fruit to ripen slowly and develop its distinctive richness.

Cultivated across sun-soaked groves and harvested with care, these dates reflect both the conditions of the land and the traditions of those who grow them. Naturally high in fibre and potassium, they offer both nourishment and indulgence, a balance that sits at the heart of Palestinian food culture.

They are enjoyed simply, straight from the box, paired with coffee, or shared with others at the table. Their depth of flavour also makes them a natural addition to desserts, cheeseboards, and slow-cooked savoury dishes, where their sweetness brings warmth and contrast.
