This box brings together everyday ingredients that sit at the heart of Palestinian kitchens, each one shaped by the land it comes from and the people who continue to cultivate it.
From olive groves that have stood for generations to date palms rooted in the Jordan Valley, and wild herbs gathered and blended with care, these are foods that carry more than flavour. They hold memory, ritual, and a deep connection to home.
The olive oil is cold-pressed from hand-harvested olives, offering a bold yet balanced foundation for cooking and sharing. Medjoul dates, known for their rich caramel sweetness, are both nourishing and generous, often served to welcome guests or break moments of pause. Za’atar, a blend of wild thyme, sesame, and sumac, is inseparable from daily life, while ground sumac brings brightness and lift, cutting through dishes with its citrus-like sharpness.
Sourced through partners including Zaytoun and Rift Valley Farms, this collection supports small-scale farmers and producers across the West Bank. Each ingredient reflects a way of growing, harvesting, and preparing food that has been passed down over generations, sustained with care despite ongoing challenges.

By stocking and supporting Palestinian-made goods, we contribute to sustaining livelihoods and preserving craft under ongoing occupation and erasure.
A portion of proceeds is shared with marginalised communities through our ongoing partnership with human rights organisation Restless Beings.
For every order placed, we also plant a tree, contributing to long-term environmental restoration.
We support makers and farmers near and far through fair wages and thoughtful partnerships.
We choose natural, biodegradable materials and eco-conscious or plant-based dyes where possible. While we avoid single-use plastic, we reuse any that arrives with deliveries to reduce waste.
A percentage of every order goes to marginalised communities, and every purchase plants a tree.
